Do I need an appointment to get an estimate, or can I just walk in?

You can walk into either location from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to get an estimate. However, if you schedule an estimate appointment we can make sure that an estimator is available and prepared to inspect your vehicle.

How long does an estimate take?

Each estimate takes approximately 30 minutes.

What is included in an estimate?

Our estimators assess the damaged area(s), and input information into the computer. The estimate comes complete with parts, materials, and labor prices.

Can I drop my vehicle off for the day and have someone write an estimate while I am at work?

You are more than welcome to drop off your vehicle while you are at work. We will have the estimate ready when you return to pick up your vehicle.
